Switch without paying for two EPD systems
Changing EPD software can be difficult when your existing contract is still running. Founding 250 practices therefore receive their first three subscription months free.
Still paying for your current EPD during that period? We will add up to three further free months when there is a verified contract overlap. This gives your practice time to migrate data, verify the transfer and onboard the team without paying for two systems for months.
Up to six months free for switching practices
Additional free months require evidence of an overlapping paid EPD contract. The maximum total free period is six months. Full terms apply.
Why we need founding practices
Not an EPD designed behind a desk, but software built with physiotherapists
Traditional practice software can be comprehensive without feeling simple. We are taking a different route: start focused, listen carefully and work with Dutch physiotherapy practices to identify the workflows that genuinely need improvement.
Your daily practice comes first
We want to understand where scheduling, intake, record-keeping, communication and administration create unnecessary work. Feedback goes directly to the product team.
Honest about what exists
Scheduling, online intake and waitlist automation form the documented foundation. Other EPD capabilities are only presented as available once they are ready and tested.
Influence without empty promises
Founding 250 practices can discuss priorities, prototypes and workflows with us. We cannot promise every request will be built, but practice feedback will have a permanent place.

If you require an active VECOZO connection at launch, the first release will not yet suit your practice. You can still register your interest and follow its development.

We are beginning with scheduling and patient intake. The capabilities below are already documented in Yellow-Switch; clinical EPD functions will only be shown once their launch scope is confirmed.

Frequently asked questions about physiotherapy EPD software
What does the EPD cost?
A solo practice pays €29 per month. Practices with 2–9 active physiotherapists pay €25 per active physiotherapist per month. The price is €21 per active physiotherapist per month for 10 or more. All prices exclude VAT.
How does the free period work?
Founding 250 practices receive three months free. If your existing paid EPD contract continues, verified overlap can qualify for up to three additional free months. The maximum total free period is six months.
Is migration included?
Standard migration from supported systems and common export formats is included for Founding 250 practices. Complex, customised or incomplete data sources may require additional work. We will discuss options and any costs in advance.
Is VECOZO available at launch?
No. The VECOZO integration will not be available at launch. It is in development. We will announce an availability date once it is sufficiently certain and officially approved.
Are administration users free?
Administration, reception and supervised trainee accounts do not incur an additional licence charge under this offer.
Is there a long-term commitment?
The subscription is cancellable monthly after the introductory period, subject to the final commercial terms.
When does the platform launch?
The platform is planned to launch in autumn 2026. A more specific date will only be shown once officially confirmed.
